Union Ministry of Defense has launched an invitation portal for citizens to participate in Republic Day or Independence Day celebrations. Recently Aamantran Portal was launched by Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt on 6th January 2023 to buy tickets online. This portal has provided the facility of issuing online passes to common citizens and dignitaries and guests.
Earlier you had to go to an offline ticket counter to book Republic Day tickets. But now you will be able to book tickets online by going to the official website of invitation portal aamantran.mod.gov.in with the help of your mobile phone and join the ceremony.

You can easily register online on the invitation portal with the help of your mobile phone or laptop . You can book tickets online only after registration from Aamantran Invitation Portal 2023–
- First of all you have to do your registration on portal to book tickets online on invitation portal first visit Aamantran Invitation Portal official website aamantran.mod.gov.in .
- As soon as you reach the website, a page like this will open in front of you
- On this page you will have to register yourself and after that you will be able to buy tickets online after creating your account.
- To buy a ticket you have to click on the link of sign up for Buying ticket in the picture above .
- As soon as you click on Sign Up for Buying Ticket, a new page opens on your screen which will be the registration form of Aamantran Invitation Portal 2023 . It will look like this to you
- Now here you have to fill in the information asked like – अपना नाम, पिता या पति का नाम, birth date, mobile number, address.
- Now after this tickmark in front of i confirm.

- To purchase tickets from here, first select the event from the section given above.
- After selecting the event/ function you have to fill the below asked information like – Full Name, Date of Birth Ticket Type , Mobile Number, Email ID, Address, ID Type ID Number and now upload photo of ID proof .
- Finally you have to click on the below proceed to payment button for payment .
- As soon as you click on the proceed button, your ticket will be booked online easily .
